Expressing the sense of the Congress that the Office of Personnel Management should provide certain vocational rehabilitation services in its administration of the civil service disability retirement program.

Declares that it is the sense of the Congress that the Office of Personnel Management should: (1) identify those individuals under the civil service disability retirement program who could benefit from vocational rehabilitation; and (2) advise them of the various vocational rehabilitation programs available to them, including those administered by the U.S. Employment Service and State vocational education divisions.
