Condemns the violence committed at two separate clinics in Brookline, Massachusetts, on December 30, 1994, and all other acts of violence, including threats and harassment, which are intended to intimidate law abiding citizens from engaging in lawful acts.
Calls upon Federal law enforcement officials to act swiftly and decisively to protect clinics from such acts of terror by fully cooperating with local law enforcement officials, by thoroughly investigating threats and acts of violence, and by prosecuting those who commit such acts to the full extent of the law.
