Expresses the sense of the Senate that for purposes of issuing final regulations regarding religious harassment in the workplace under title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission should: (1) withdraw religion as a category covered by proposed guidelines; (2) hold public hearings; and (3) receive additional public comment before issuing similar new regulations.
