A joint resolution providing for the temporary extension of the application of the final paragraph of section 10 of the Railway Labor Act with respect to the dispute between the Soo Line Railroad Company and certain of its employees.

Extends, through February 28, 1995, to the dispute referred to in Executive Order No. 12925 of August 29, 1994, between the Soo Line Railroad Company and its employees, the application of a provision of the Railway Labor Act which prohibits parties to a dispute from modifying, except by agreement, the conditions out of which the dispute arose.
