A bill to authorize the establishment of a fresh cut flowers and fresh cut greens promotion and consumer information program for the benefit of the floricultural industry and other persons, and for other purposes.
Fresh Cut Flowers and Fresh Cut Greens Promotion and Information Act of 1993 - Authorizes the establishment of a program of promotion, consumer information, and research to strengthen the cut flowers and cut greens industry, including the creation of a Fresh Cut Flowers and Fresh Cut Greens Promotion Council.
Requires a continuation referendum of handlers within three years of the issuance of the required marketing order.
Authorizes appropriations.
