Title I: Civil War Battlefield of Corinth, Mississippi - Corinth, Mississippi, Battlefield Act of 1994 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to provide for an interpretive center in the vicinity of the Corinth Battlefield in Mississippi for the purpose of interpreting the 1862 Civil War Siege and Battle of Corinth.
Requires the Secretary, within 18 months after the enactment of this Act, to complete a plan and design for the center and to submit it to specified congressional committees. Authorizes the Secretary, with the owner's consent, to acquire lands and interests in lands by donation, purchase, or exchange to implement the plan or design.
Requires the Secretary to enter into a binding agreement with a qualified non-Federal entity for conveyance by deed or lease from the Secretary of any structure or property acquired and developed under this Act.
Authorizes appropriations.
Title II: Stones River National Battlefield - Expands the boundaries of the Stones River National Battlefield in Tennessee.
