El Camino Real de Tierra Adentro Study Act of 1993 - Amends the National Trails Systems Act to designate El Camino Real de Tierra Adentro, extending from Mexico City, Mexico, across the international border at El Paso, Texas, to Santa Fe, New Mexico, for study as a national scenic trail. Requires the study to examine changing routes, and give due consideration to alternative name designations.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to work in cooperation with the Mexican Government (including providing technical assistance) to determine the suitability and feasibility of establishing an international historic route along the El Camino Real de Tierra Adentro.
