Federal Property and Administrative Services Authorization Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 to authorize appropriations for functions and activities under the Act through FY 1996.

Elevates the pay levels of the Administrator and Deputy Administrator of the General Services Administration.
