A bill to provide for the transfer of certain U.S. Forest Service lands located in Lincoln County, Montana, to Lincoln County in the State of Montana.
Lincoln County, Montana, Lands Transfer Act of 1994 - Requires the Secretary of Agriculture to convey: (1) specified lands located within the boundaries of the Kootenai National Forest, Montana, to Lincoln County, Montana; and (2) the timber and mineral rights to specified lands at the new Libby Airport to such County.
Requires such lands to revert to the United States if they cease to be used for public purposes unless the Secretary determines that the lands, or any portion thereof, have become contaminated with hazardous substances.
