A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to replace the possession tax credit with a wage-based employment tax credit.
Possessions Wage Credit Act of 1993 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a possessions employment credit for wages paid or incurred by an employer for services performed by an employee within a possession of the United States, if such employee is a bona fide resident of such possession and is subject to its tax on income from sources within and without such possession.
Terminates the Puerto Rico and possession tax credit.
