Medicare Secondary Payer Reform Act of 1993

Medicare Secondary Payer Reform Act of 1993 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to require the reporting of group health plan information on wage reporting (W-2) forms.

Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to establish a data bank for the collection of information on Medicare secondary payer situations and health insurance information.
