Medical Savings Account Tax Incentive Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow certain individuals covered by high deductible health plans a tax deduction for contributions made to a medical care savings account.
Excludes employer contributions to medical savings accounts from the gross income of employees covered by such health plans, limited to the high deductible health plan differential.
Excludes employer contributions to such accounts from employment taxes.
Provides for the establishment of medical savings accounts.
