A bill to amend the Small Business Act to authorize small business concerns owned and controlled by individuals with disabilities to participate in business development programs established by that Act, and for other purposes.
Americans with Disabilities Business Development Act of 1993 - Amends the Small Business Act to: (1) substitute the definition of "severe disability" (the meaning given such term, by regulation, by the Small Business Administration) for "handicapped individual"; and (2) include Americans with severe disabilities among those considered to be socially disadvantaged for purposes of such Act.
