Instructs the Office of Personnel Management to terminate the enrollment of any Member of Congress in the Federal Employee Health Benefits plan, effective January 1, 1995.
Prohibits the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives from making employee withholdings and Government contributions for any Member of Congress under such Plan.
Allows Members to receive continued coverage of the sort allowed to persons separated from employment.
