Northern Yukon-Arctic International Wildlife Refuge Act - Establishes the Northern Yukon-Arctic International Wildlife Refuge. Declares that the United States portion of the Refuge shall be administered under the National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act of 1966.
Authorizes appropriations.
