National Physical Fitness and Sports Foundation Establishment Act - Establishes the National Physical Fitness and Sports Foundation as a charitable, nonprofit, non-U.S. corporation, to promote participation by private organizations in the activities of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.
Authorizes appropriations.
