A bill to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to revise existing regulations concerning the conditions of payment under part B of the Medicare Program relating to anesthesia services furnished by certified registered nurse anesthetists, and for other purposes.

Instructs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to revise Medicare regulations governing payment for anesthesia services to compensate: (1) certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) for their services; and (2) physicians for supervision of CRNAs.

Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to provide guidelines for proportionally split payments for anesthesia services furnished jointly by a physician and a CRNA.
