Housing for Older Persons Act of 1994 - Amends the Fair Housing Act to exempt communities in which at least 80 percent of the residents are age 55 or older from certain familial status discrimination prohibitions.
Exempts a person (or real estate agent) from civil monetary penalties for good faith reliance upon such exemption.
