Instructs the Secretary of the Treasury to transfer to the Administrator of General Services the Old U.S. Mint in San Francisco, California.
Declares that this Act does not require the General Services Administration to repair the Old U.S. Mint building prior to repairing other Federal buildings in greater need of repair.
