Agricultural Mediation Act of 1994 - Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to determine which Department of Agriculture programs are eligible for State mediation programs.
Sets forth State program certification requirements.
Directs the Secretary to provide State programs with matching grants.
Authorizes appropriations.
Terminates program authority on September 30, 1998.
