Family Cancer Screening and Research Partnership Act of 1994 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to authorize the Director of the National Cancer Institute to provide matching research awards for breast, cervical, and prostate cancer treatment research.
Authorizes grants for breast, cervical, and prostate screening for low-income or geographically isolated persons. Authorizes appropriations.
