A bill to provide duty-free privileges to participants in, and other individuals associated with, the 1994 World Rowing Championships.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to grant duty-free treatment, through October 30, 1994, of the personal effects of participants, their families and associated members, and officials and related equipment and materials involved in the 1994 World Rowing Championships.
