A bill to expand the boundary of the Santa Fe National Forest, and for other purposes.
Sante Fe National Forest Boundary Adjustment Act of 1994 - Authorizes the Secretaries of the Interior and of Agriculture to acquire specified lands and interests therein for inclusion within the Sante Fe National Forest in New Mexico.
Withdraws such lands from all public land, mining, and mineral and geothermal leasing laws.
Requires the Secretary of Agriculture (Secretary) to identify such appropriate lands within the boundaries of the Forest which are suitable for transfer to the Secretary of the Interior, to be administered by the Bureau of Land Management. Transfers administrative jurisdiction over: (1) such lands to the Secretary of the Interior; and (2) the lands acquired by the Secretary of the Interior to the Secretary. Modifies the boundaries of the Forest to include the transferred and acquired lands.
Requires the Secretary to administer such lands in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the National Forest System and to manage such lands to preserve and maintain the natural and scenic resources of the area.
Prohibits the Secretary from conveying such added lands.
Authorizes appropriations.
