Authorizes the President to present to Richard "Red" Skelton, on behalf of the Congress, a gold medal in recognition of his performance as an entertainer and humanitarian.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike a gold medal with suitable emblems and to strike and sell bronze duplicates. Declares such medals national medals.
Authorizes appropriations to be charged against the Numismatic Public Enterprise Fund. Requires the proceeds of the sale of the bronze duplicates to be deposited in the Fund.
