Heroic Efforts to Rescue Others Act (HERO Act) - Amends the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) to exempt from citation by the Secretary of Labor employers of certain individuals who perform rescues of individuals in imminent danger as a result of a life-threatening incident, unless certain circumstances apply.
