Rural Community Bank Paperwork Relief Act of 1993 - Amends the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 to exempt certain small-sized rural financial institutions from its evaluation and examination requirements.
Directs Federal financial supervisory agencies to give appropriate weight and consideration to certain small-sized institutions that have made investments and loans to projects providing benefits to distressed communities within relevant service areas.
