A bill to suspend certain requirements until it is determined or agreed that the requirements do not violate the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, and for other purposes.

Suspends certain requirements contained in the Act of February 16, 1938, until: (1) it is agreed among the parties of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) that such requirements do not violate such Agreement; or (2) there is a final determination, under the dispute resolution procedure established for GATT, that they do not violate it.
