ANCSA Land Transfer Equity Act of 1993 - Amends the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to provide for the settlement of claims arising from the contamination of transferred lands by either contaminant removal or land replacement.
States that the United States shall assume all liabilities and obligations arising from such contaminated land transfers.
