A bill to establish Tribal Self-Governance, and for other purposes.
Tribal Self-Governance Act of 1993 - Amends the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act to establish within the Department of the Interior a program of Tribal Self-Governance. Authorizes up to 20 additional tribal participants each year.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to enter into annual funding agreements with the governing body of each participating tribe.
Authorizes appropriations.
