A bill to suspend temporarily the duty on 5-(N,N-dibenzylglycl)-salicylamide, 2-{N-benzyl-N-tert-butylamino}-4'-hydroxy-3-'hydromethylacetophenone hydrochloride, flutamide, and loratadine.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1996, the duty on: (1) 5 -(N,N-dibenzylglycyl)-salicylamide (LBH-B/C); (2) 2-(N-benzyl-N-tert-butylamino)-4-hydroxy-3- hydromethylacetophenone hydrochloride (Glycyl hydrochloride); (3) flutamide; and (4) loratadine.
