Twin Falls County Landfill Act of 1994 - Transfers specified Federal lands, except for reserved subsurface minerals, to the County of Twin Falls, Idaho, effective on the tender by the County of the fair market value for such lands to the Secretary of the Interior.
Withdraws the conveyed lands from U.S. mining, mineral and geothermal leasing, and mineral materials laws.
