Directs the President to: (1) investigate and report to the Congress and the families of the missing Americans on the whereabouts of U.S. citizens who have been missing from Cyprus since 1974; and (2) do everything possible to return such persons and others who have been missing (including the remains of those no longer alive) to their families.
