Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to exchange certain reclamation lands located in the State of Washington with the Boise Cascade Corporation.
Directs the Secretary to have appraisals made of each tract of land included in the exchange.
Prohibits the Secretary from acquiring any lands under this Act which are determined to have become contaminated with hazardous substances. Frees the United States from responsibility or liability for hazardous wastes or other substances placed on any lands covered by this Act after their transfer.
Authorizes appropriations.
