A bill to resolve the 107th Meridian boundary dispute between the Crow Indian Tribe, the Northern Cheyenne Indian Tribe, and the United States and various other issues pertaining to the Crow Indian Reservation.
Crow Boundary Settlement Act of 1994 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to enter into the Settlement Agreement with the Crow Tribe for the resolution of the 107th meridian boundary dispute.
Ratifies the Settlement Agreement.
Sets forth the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including: (1) surface land boundaries and coal, oil, and other mineral rights; (2) lands and mineral rights to be part of the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation; (3) land exchanges with Montana and private owners; and (4) compensation.
Establishes in the Treasury the Crow Tribe Trust Fund. Divides the existing 107th meridian escrow fund evenly between the Crow and Northern Cheyenne Tribes.
Authorizes appropriations.
