A bill to provide for a National Biological Survey, and for other purposes.
National Biological Survey Act of 1993 - Title I: National Biological Survey - Directs the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) to establish a National Biological Survey to: (1) consolidate and enhance biological research activities of the Department of the Interior; and (2) gather, analyze, and disseminate biological information to foster greater understanding and wise stewardship of the United States' living resources.
Directs the Secretary to establish: (1) the National Biological Survey Science Council; and (2) the National Biological Survey Policy Board.
Title II: Resource Management Training - Authorizes the Director of the National Biological Survey to develop a natural resource management training program.
Provides for the confidentiality of information concerning the location of any candidate, threatened, or endangered species, with provisions for disclosure to Governors of affected States.
