A bill to establish a National Commission on Executive Organization Reform
Executive Organization Reform Act of 1993 - Establishes an independent National Commission on Executive Organization Reform to examine and make recommendations to the President and the Congress with respect to: (1) criteria for evaluating proposals to change the structure of the executive branch; (2) the organization and structure of the executive branch and its entities; (3) the organization and delivery of Government services; and (4) promoting economy, improving performance, and ensuring adequate capacity of executive entities to meet and manage their public missions.
Sets forth procedures for consideration of Commission recommendations by the President and the Congress and their implementation by the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
Authorizes appropriations.
