Establishing the Select Committee on Narcotics Abuse and Control, the Select Committee on Aging, the Select Committee on Hunger, and the Select Committee on Children, Youth, and Families.

Establishes in the House of Representatives: (1) the Select Committee on Narcotics Abuse and Control to conduct a continuing oversight and review of the problems of narcotics, drug, and polydrug abuse and control; (2) the Select Committee on Aging to conduct a continuing study and review of the problems of older Americans; (3) the Select Committee on Hunger to conduct a continuing study and review of the problems of hunger and malnutrition; and (4) the Select Committee on Children, Youth, and Families to conduct a continuing study and review of the problems of children, youth, and families.
