Establishes in the House of Representatives: (1) the Select Committee on Narcotics Abuse and Control to conduct a continuing oversight and review of the problems of narcotics, drug, and polydrug abuse and control; (2) the Select Committee on Aging to conduct a continuing study and review of the problems of older Americans; (3) the Select Committee on Hunger to conduct a continuing study and review of the problems of hunger and malnutrition; and (4) the Select Committee on Children, Youth, and Families to conduct a continuing study and review of the problems of children, youth, and families.
