Rule provides for consideration of the conference report to H. Con. Res. 218 with 1 hour of general debate. Upon Adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to consider the conference report and all points of order against the conference report and against its consideration shall be waived. Rule XLIX shall not apply with respect to the adoption by the Congress of the conference report to accompany the concurrent resolution.
