Requiring each Member of the House of Representatives to hold at least 12 town meetings per year in the district of the Member.

Requires each Member of the House of Representatives to hold at least 12 town meetings each calendar year in his or her district. Reduces by two-thirds the amount made available to the Member from the Official Mail Allowance for the next calendar year if the Member does not comply with this Act.
