Specified amendments are in order. If more than one of the amendments printed in the report is adopted, only the last amendment adopted shall be considered as finally adopted. The provisions of sec. 7 of the War Powers Resolution shall not apply during the remainder of the 1st session of the 103rd Congress with respect to Somalia.
