Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to create the Committee on the Investigation of Corrupt Practices.

Amends rule X of the Rules of the House of Representatives to create the House Committee on the Investigation of Corrupt Practices to: (1) investigate corrupt practices in the executive branch; (2) report the results of its investigations to the House; and (3) recommend as appropriate legislative or administrative actions.
