Rule provides for consideration of the conference report to H.R. 2264 with 6 hours of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions except motion to recommit. Upon adoption of this resolution, it shall be in order to consider the conference report accompanying the bill and all points of order against the conference report or against its consideration shall be waived. The previous question on a motion to recommit, if offered, shall be considered as ordered. After disposition of the conference report, no further consideration of the bill shall be in order except pursuant to a subsequent order of the House. House Resolution 235 shall be considered as adopted.
