Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require that signatures on discharge petitions be made public immediately.

Amends rule XXVII of the Rules of the House of Representatives to require the Clerk of the House to provide a current list of the names of all Members of the House who sign a motion to discharge a committee from the consideration of a public bill or resolution. Requires such petition to be made available for public inspection during normal working hours.
