Provides that when the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia informs the House of Representatives that he has no objection to the public release of the transcripts of proceedings of the former Task Force to Investigate the Operation and Management of the House Post Office of the Committee on House Administration, the House shall take up and bring to a vote the question of the release of such transcripts.
Directs: (1) the Speaker to communicate to the U.S. Attorney the request of the House that he advise the House when he determines that he has no objection to the public release of the transcripts; and (2) the Clerk to transmit such communication of the Speaker and a copy of this resolution to the U.S. Attorney.
