Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 2010 with 3 hours of general debate. Upon adoption of this resolution, the Speaker may declare the House in the Committee of the Whole House for consideration of the bill. Points of order against consideration of the bill for failure to comply with sec. 302(f) of the Congressional Budget Act shall be waived. After general debate, the Committee of the Whole shall rise without motion and no further consideration of the bill shall be in order except pursuant to a subsequent order of the House.
