Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 2348 with 1 hour of general debate. Previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motions except motion to recommit. Providing for the consideration of the bill H.R. 2348 in the Committee of the Whole. Points of order uder clause 2 or 6 of rule XXI against provisions in the bill shall be waived except as specified. Measure will be read by section. Specified amendments are in order. No amendment shall be in order except those printed in the report accompanying this resolution, to be offered in the order and manner and debatable for the time specified in the report. Points of order under clause 2 of rule XXI against the amendments shall be waived.
