Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to allow Members to utilize the services of volunteers in their offices, and for other purposes.

Amends rule XLV of the Rules of the House of Representatives to authorize a Member of the House to accept the services of any number of volunteers to perform official ministerial duties assigned by such Member, provided any such volunteer is not receiving compensation for such services from any other source.
