To require employers to provide certain information concerning family leave policies and for other purposes.
Workplace Family Leave Policy Disclosure Act of 1993 - Requires government and private employers to report to the Secretary of Labor concerning their family leave policies and to make a copy of the report available to their employees.
Requires employers to post a notice setting forth: (1) a summary of this Act; and (2) employee rights to inform the Secretary of violations of this Act.
Sets forth civil penalties to enforce this Act.
Directs the Secretary, within four years, to analyze the information submitted under this Act and report to the Congress.
Authorizes appropriations.
