To provide for the utilization of the latest available census data in certain laws related to airport improvements.
Airport Improvements Fair Share Act of 1993 - Amends the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 to provide for the use of the latest available estimates prepared by the Department of Commerce (currently, the latest decennial census of the United States) for the calculation of the apportionment of State airport development and airport planning funds.
