To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide Federal penalties for stalking.
Federal Anti-Stalker Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal criminal code to set penalties for stalking (i.e., willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly following or harassing another person and making credible threats with the intent to place that person in reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury of that person or a member of that person's immediate family).
